I spent Australia Day in true Aussie form!! Beach'n it up with some friends from school and also enjoying some good old chops on the barbie for lunch!! lol
It was a fun day!

Polarizing Filter

I bought a polarizing filter off ebay last week and it was very very cheap compared to the ones you buy in the shops!! However, it works fine!! So I thought I'd put some photos up of the comparision of effects you can get when using the filter. The photos I've uploaded show the most clear difference of a photo with and without the filter. It's really quite interesting actually!

Diami

When I stayed with Tracey at Remo she was looking after Diami for a few days. Diami wasn't very well as he had a cold and bad cough and he became very clingy to Tracey, she basically had an attachment and whenever she left Diami's eyesight he would start calliing out 'mama MAMMA' and begin crying for her! He was on an emotional roller-coaster that week!

Fishing

Fishing with the Demaria's and Burges at some place that I can't quite remember the name of right now! It was somewhere past Phillip Island though and at the end of an inlet which took forever to walk too! It was an extremely windy spot and we resorted to wearing jumpers.
However it was lots of fun and although lots of seaweed was caught and lots of bait disappeared, 5 small fish managed to be caught! I think Claire caught 3 of them! I did attempt to fish however I didn't have much luck as I was unable to get my line very far and then I always managed to lose my bait...ohwell!

After quite a few times running through the water Cheque became very angry that water had splashed into his face! Later he tried bucking Eliza off, and when I rode him later he also tried to buck me off but I'm happy to say I stayed on!

During the last week of 2008 I was able to spend time with my friend Eliza and stay with her at a place she was house sitting near Chadstone. It was good to catch up with her and one of the days that we went and visited her horses I took some photos for her. Hundreds of photos later.... here are a few. lol
